Tradition meets technology

The Zierholz brewery was originally commissioned as the heart and soul of the Wild Duck Brewery in Eugene, Oregon. Painstakingly dismantled and shipped piece by piece across the Pacific, this copper-clad masterpiece has found a new life creating fine European beers in Canberra, Australia.

The JV Northwest 15 barrel brewery features a steam-jacketed mash tun, boiler and hot liquor tank, glycol-jacketed stainless steel conical primary fermenters, stainless cold-conditioning tanks in a custom chiller room and a state-of-the-art filtering and keg transfer system.

Visitors are welcome to tour the brewery, but it’s best to call the beforehand, especially if you’re part of a group.
